Summary:

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven content strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer retention. You will create compelling short-form and long-form content, manage the content calendar, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content efforts with business goals. Your ability to optimize content for SEO, analyze performance, and experiment with new formats will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and other assets.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.
  • Own and manage the content calendar to maintain a steady cadence of relevant and engaging content.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and content gap research to identify opportunities for thought leadership and brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to create content that addresses key customer pain points.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to distribute and amplify content through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Dreamdata, GA4), identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Experiment with innovative content formats such as video, interactive content, and podcasts to enhance audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Resume in English
  • English fluency at C1 or C2 level
  • Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., video, podcasts) is a plus.
