We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Operations professional to support a dynamic, high-level professional environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day finance and business operations activities.
  • Assist with financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and data organization.
  • Create and maintain professional Excel spreadsheets, financial models, and reports.
  • Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations and business materials.
  • Conduct research and organize information to support business initiatives and decision-making.
  • Assist with written communications, documentation, and other professional materials.
  • Support senior team members with various operational, financial, and administrative projects.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous professional experience or academic background in Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and financial information.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create polished, executive-level presentations.
  • Advanced English proficiency, particularly in written and verbal communication. Accent is not a factor; communication ability and fluency are what matter.
  • Strong professional writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Professional, proactive, and comfortable working with senior-level professionals.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Ability to take ownership and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Duration: Long-term opportunity.
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
