We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven cold-calling experience to generate qualified opportunities by engaging real estate owners and operators managing $5M–$50M in assets under management (AUM).
This is not an entry-level role. You must be comfortable running high-volume outbound outreach, navigating conversations with sophisticated property owners, and qualifying real opportunities through direct phone engagement.

What You’ll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, primarily through cold calls
- Engage real estate owners, investors, and operators with $5M–$50M AUM
- Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through structured discovery
- Book qualified meetings for senior sales leadership or Account Executives
- Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward next steps
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Continuously improve scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven cold-calling experience (real estate preferred, but not required)
- Strong sales acumen and ability to sell to high-net-worth or asset-heavy prospects
- Comfortable speaking with real estate owners and decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and control conversations
- Clear, confident phone presence
- Experience working with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
- Ability to hit daily activity and meeting-booked targets
