We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate communications, handle administrative tasks, and provide high-level support to executives in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency. You will serve as a key point of coordination between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, helping optimize productivity and streamline operations.


This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently while anticipating executive needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and expense reporting
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests for executives
  • Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience coordinating schedules and managing executive calendars
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams
  • Experience in remote or international work environments
  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
