Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Optimization Specialist to work part-time. This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of the beauty and fashion industries, who is skilled in data-driven decision-making and designing outreach strategies to help us achieve our growth goals

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the founder to design and implement sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, setting appointments, and managing client relationships from initial contact through to ongoing engagement.
  • Organize and strategize outreach campaigns across email and social media channels; conduct cold calls (no lead generation required).
  • Manage and create marketing posts for LinkedIn and Instagram, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Assist in systemizing and updating our CRM, including proposal design and management.
  • Monitor industry trends, identifying opportunities and challenges to keep our business innovative and competitive.
  • Work in a metrics-driven environment, taking responsibility for driving activity and meeting KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing preferred.
  • Strong interest or knowledge in Augmented Reality Technology, as well as the beauty and fashion industries.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and Reply.io preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strategic writing ability in English.
  • Experience interacting with high-net-worth clients and building strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong desire to succeed in a performance-driven culture.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
