Summary:
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and strategic Email Communications Strategist to join our team. In this role, you’ll craft compelling content that drives engagement, nurtures leads, and supports both our sales and marketing efforts. Compensation: $2,000 – $3,000
Key Responsibilities
Write and edit high-quality content for email campaigns, outreach sequences, and internal sales decks
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging that converts
Conduct light market research to support targeting and segmentation strategies
Refine and polish external communications to ensure consistency with brand voice and tone
Support broader sales and marketing initiatives with clear, impactful copy
Monitor and test the effectiveness of email messaging and iterate based on data and feedback
Qualifications
Resume in English
English fluency at C1 or C2 level (expat background a plus)
Prior experience working with U.S.-based companies
Background in sales, email marketing, or editorial/content writing
Experience in B2B marketing or tech sales, with familiarity using CRM and email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
Strong written communication skills — persuasive, clear, and professional
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between content and strategy
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setup
