Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Creative Director with strong expertise in both design and copywriting to lead and execute creative projects. This role requires direct involvement in developing high-quality creative assets while overseeing strategy. Candidates must have experience in at least two of the following industries: financial services, community banking, healthcare, or beverages to ensure messaging resonates with target audiences. A portfolio is required to demonstrate design and copywriting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on approach to designing and writing copy for marketing materials, branding, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and execute creative strategies tailored to at least two of the key industries: financial services, community banking, healthcare, or beverages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative work with business objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and maintain high creative standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
- English Resume is required.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative role.
- Strong background in both graphic design and copywriting.
- Hands-on expertise in designing and crafting compelling messaging.
- Experience in at least two of the following industries: financial services, community banking, healthcare, or beverages.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
