Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Ads Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in eCommerce, paid media expertise (particularly with Meta and/or Google Ads), and excellent project management skills. This role is crucial in ensuring our ads team operates efficiently and delivers exceptional results to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Asana to manage and move projects through different stages, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Monitor and triage client requests in Slack, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Compile and report campaign performance metrics to the team and clients, using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the paid media team to keep workflows streamlined and focused on achieving client goals.
- Work with team members to identify opportunities for campaign improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- At least 2 years of experience in an eCommerce agency environment.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads.
- Exceptional project management skills, with proficiency in Asana or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple clients and priorities.
