Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paid Media Manager with proven B2B experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing successful advertising campaigns and experience working with agencies. Your primary focus will be on creating, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple platforms to drive lead generation and brand visibility for our clients. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients are essential.
Salary: $3,300
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to meet client objectives, focusing on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Write engaging, research-based content across a variety of formats, including articles, blog posts, web pages, and case studies to support campaigns and enhance client brand visibility.
- Lead email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and boost conversion rates, using HubSpot.
- Craft and execute LinkedIn strategies tailored to B2B audiences, driving engagement and supporting overall campaign goals.
- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to develop compelling advertising copy and ad visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance, create reports, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize and scale campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, paid media, and content creation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- +4 years of experience in paid media management with a focus on B2B clients, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven experience managing Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create content that drives engagement and conversions.
