Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to support our Planning team’s daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of data files, purchase orders (POs), and various administrative tasks, including entry-level data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for e-commerce, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly DTC and Amazon selling reports.
- Identify and communicate standout findings and action items from reporting to cross-functional teams as needed.
- Maintain and improve existing reporting templates for efficiency and ease of use.
- Manage SKU and style creation in Anvyl and Pepper’s Product Library.
- Regularly audit the Product Library to ensure it is updated and organized.
- Update the Amazon product library and collaborate with the Swiftstart team to initiate product setup for new styles and colors.
- Audit product buy plans to ensure projections and buy quantities are accurate and current.
- Write and update monthly POs for factories and third-party vendors in Anvyl.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with teams in Production, Merchandising, and Operations.
- Actualize data in monthly projection files.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
- English Resume is required.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or a strong understanding of the industry.
- Experience with Shopify and Anvyl
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (Intermediate level required).
