Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience in Marketing Account Management at an advertising agency or equivalent setting. This role requires someone who is confident, organized, and passionate about creative work and client relationships.
Salary: $1,400/month
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day communications with clients under the guidance of senior team members.
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Help coordinate internal team activities and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support the creation of presentations, reports, and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with different departments (creative, media, production, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Present yourself professionally within the agency and with clients.
- Help develop and present creative briefs and marketing strategies to clients.
Qualifications
- Resume in English
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- 2 years of experience in Advertising Account Management or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of the Advertising Account Management process — ready to hit the ground running.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
