Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Paid Campaign Manager with extensive experience in demand generation to lead and execute high-impact paid media campaigns. This role is critical for managing large-scale LinkedIn advertising efforts and driving results for our SaaS and B2B clients. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for strategy development, execution, and client communication, ensuring campaigns achieve and exceed performance goals.

Salary: $4,500 (Commensurate with experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads, ABM, and other paid social platforms.
  • Lead creative testing processes to optimize ad performance and ROI.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, demonstrating excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborate with clients to align campaigns with their business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Manage large accounts with significant budgets, ensuring campaigns are efficient and effective.
  • Provide thought leadership within the team, leveraging extensive experience to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Present detailed performance reports to clients, showcasing successes and recommending improvements.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
  • English Resume is required.
  • Extensive experience in paid campaign management, specifically LinkedIn advertising and demand generation.
  • Proven track record in SaaS and B2B industries.
  • Expertise in ABM, lead generation, and paid social strategies.
  • Strong background in managing and optimizing large-scale, high-spending accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly with US-based clients.
  • Hands-on experience leading teams and developing comprehensive paid strategies.
  • Proficiency in creative testing methodologies to improve ad performance.
