We are seeking Remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support outbound prospecting and meeting generation efforts across target accounts. This role is focused on identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective contacts within target industries and verticals
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone (cold calling) and email to engage decision-makers and executives
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and sales representatives
- Send calendar invitations with clear meeting details and agendas
- Confirm meetings to ensure attendance and minimize cancellations
- Manage rescheduling requests while maintaining professionalism and engagement
- Partner with sales representatives to share updates and ensure alignment on prospect activity
Requirements
- Experience in outbound prospecting, demand generation, or SDR roles is preferred
- Strong cold calling skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers and executives
