We are seeking Remote Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support outbound prospecting and meeting generation efforts across target accounts. This role is focused on identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective contacts within target industries and verticals
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone (cold calling) and email to engage decision-makers and executives
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and sales representatives
  • Send calendar invitations with clear meeting details and agendas
  • Confirm meetings to ensure attendance and minimize cancellations
  • Manage rescheduling requests while maintaining professionalism and engagement
  • Partner with sales representatives to share updates and ensure alignment on prospect activity
Requirements
  • Experience in outbound prospecting, demand generation, or SDR roles is preferred
  • Strong cold calling skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with decision-makers and executives

Compensation & Benefits
