Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven E-commerce Marketing Director to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have senior-level marketing experience in real e-commerce and a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, A/B testing, and performance-driven strategies. This role requires a hands-on leader who has successfully managed teams and executed comprehensive e-commerce marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all aspects of e-commerce marketing, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Drive and enforce A/B testing across ads, websites, and emails to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints—ads, website, and emails.
- Develop and oversee programmatic advertising strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Leverage data analytics to improve campaign performance and enhance ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Stay ahead of e-commerce trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Resume in English
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- 5+ years of senior-level marketing experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience executing marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Strong expertise in programmatic advertising and data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency in A/B testing, performance marketing, and customer journey optimization.
- Experience managing and scaling teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital advertising technologies.
