Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Affiliate Coordinator to join us and play a critical role in managing key operational tasks within our affiliate marketing department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule placements across affiliate marketing channels.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with affiliates and internal teams.
- Perform accurate data entry and management to ensure up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with affiliates to foster program growth and engagement.
- Manage campaigns using platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, and CJ.
- Utilize Discord for internal communication and coordination.
- Respond to client emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming promotions and update affiliate links as needed.
Qualifications
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in affiliate or partnership marketing is a must.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and data management skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks like Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, and CJ.
- Experience using Discord for communication and project management.
