Our dynamic and reputable law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant specializing in Personal Injury Law. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our personal injury cases


Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately filed.
  • Monitor and calendar important deadlines, hearings, and court dates.
  • Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation.
  • Draft correspondence, legal documents, and pleadings under attorney supervision.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, depositions, and other appointments.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and address inquiries.
  • Coordinate document production and exchange between parties.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Proficient in legal research, drafting, and document management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
