Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Mailchimp for email campaign creation, management, and reporting.
- Develop and tweak content for Squarespace websites, Canva materials, and other promotional items.
- Handle multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Write and edit marketing materials, send professional emails, and speak with stakeholders over the phone confidently.
- Work with platforms like AirTable, Canva, Squarespace, Thinkific, and Google Docs to support program needs.
- Maintain excellent organizational systems for marketing assets, campaigns, and schedules.
Qualifications
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- +1 year of experience working in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
- Expertise in platforms such as Mailchimp, AirTable, Canva, Squarespace, Thinkific, and Google Docs.
- Exceptional organizational skills and project management experience.
- Flexible work schedule (part-time or full-time)
