Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting our strategic partnership with US Foods. This position will be integral to the success of the partnership, driving the efficiency of lead distribution, optimizing data accuracy, and enhancing customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in HubSpot, email marketing, and data analysis to improve sales performance and customer relationship management. Additionally, this role will involve managing customer service issues, coordinating events, and ensuring Craftable's presence at key industry events.




Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the categorization and distribution of all US Foods leads to ensure alignment with business objectives and target segments.
  • Allocate leads based on factors such as location, lead source, and potential value, directing leads to appropriate team members (e.g., AI for small leads, Business Development Representatives for mid-sized leads, Partner Managers for high-value leads).
  • Track and monitor lead assignments in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and real-time updates for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Regularly monitor key engagement metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to refine email campaigns and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Utilize A/B testing in HubSpot to optimize email subject lines, content, and send times, continuously improving campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure email sequences align with broader messaging and strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute re-engagement campaigns targeting these opportunities, crafting personalized and compelling messaging to rekindle interest.
  • Manage customer service issues directly related to the US Foods partnership, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assist in the coordination of industry events, trade shows, and webinars, supporting Craftable’s efforts to enhance its presence in the market and foster relationships with key stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is require
  • English Resume is required
  • Experience in the foodservice industry or with partnership management is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including custom reporting, lead management, and email sequence creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and engagement data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to develop compelling messaging and work effectively across teams.
