Summary:

The Streaming Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients post-sale, overseeing and speaking to the strategic planning, execution, and performance of their streaming media campaigns. The ideal candidate is an expert in programmatic streaming media and/or traditional broadcast media and can manage multiple accounts. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and industry-specific knowledge

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day communication with clients, acting as the senior advisor on all matters related to their streaming campaigns.
  • Manage the overall client relationship, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities through proactive account management.
  • Leverage the company’s dashboards and platform reports to speak to performance and detailed analysis, offering insights and recommendations for optimization to our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to sales, ad operations, finance & billing, and creative to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Oversee client budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platforms, and new technologies to continually offer clients forward-thinking strategies.

Qualifications

  • Resume in English
  • English fluency at C1 or C2 level
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital media or traditional media account management
  • Expertise in programmatic campaign management is a must.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale client accounts, delivering measurable success.
  • Strong understanding of the streaming (CTV, OTT, Audio, Display) and/or traditional television landscape. DSP/programmatic campaign knowledge and experience is a must.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to develop and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in media buying tools (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.), project management tools (Monday.com is a plus), and analytics platforms (GA4 is a plus).
