Summary:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid media, email, social media, and search engines. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and engagement for our brand.

Salary: $1,600 (Commensurate with experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to inform optimization decisions
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach
  • Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications

  • Resume in English
  • English fluency at C1 or C2 level
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience working on paid media campaigns and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and search engines
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
