Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist ENG - Interfell (Remote)

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing global technology talent pipelines. This role supports clients in building high-performing engineering and IT teams by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Source and identify qualified technical talent globally
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews
  • Evaluate technical background, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients
  • Maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Use multiple sourcing channels including professional networks and job boards
  • Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries
  • Provide candidates with role and company information
  • Track candidate progress using ATS or CRM tools
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support offer negotiation and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future needs

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting technical roles
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms
  • Experience recruiting for remote or international positions
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical roles
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM systems
  • Experience coordinating technical interviews
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
