Summary:

We seek a highly talented Web Designer & Developer with a strong understanding of SEO best practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WordPress and, preferably, experience with Shopify and Webflow (though Webflow is less essential). Your primary responsibility will be designing and developing visually appealing, high-performance websites while ensuring they are optimized for search engines and user experience. Only applications with portfolios will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
  • Work with Shopify and Webflow as needed for specific projects.
  • Implement SEO best practices, including site structure, page speed optimization, and metadata management.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for various devices and browsers
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and other team members to align web strategies with business goals.
  • Perform website audits and provide recommendations for improvements in design and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
  • English Resume is required.
  • 4 years of experience as a Web Designer & Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work.
  • Proficiency in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, and page builders like Elementor or WPBakery).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with Shopify and Webflow (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web performance optimization.
