Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts for our RCM business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, particularly within the healthcare technology sector. They will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote RCM services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Oversee content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and website copy.
- Develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with industry influencers, partners, and healthcare organizations.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI.
- Plan and execute participation in healthcare conferences, webinars, and networking events.
Qualifications
- Resume in English
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in RCM or healthcare technology.
- Understanding RCM processes, medical billing, and healthcare financial management is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
