Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead our paid media efforts across paid search, display, and expansion PPC channels. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative strategies and data-driven decision-making. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will collaborate closely with the acquisition and product teams to optimize performance and scale our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of paid search, display, and experimental PPC channels to achieve business objectives.
- Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, weekly, and quarterly to ensure campaigns meet goals.
- Leverage industry-leading practices in Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, and Search Ads) to optimize performance and scale local search campaigns for in-person testing services.
- Design and implement rules-based automation strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and outcomes.
- Conduct detailed audience segmentation and keyword research to inform bidding strategies and improve campaign relevance.
- Define and execute experiments to iterate on current strategies and explore new growth opportunities.
- Partner with analysts to derive actionable insights from first and third-party data, enhancing persona building and understanding media consumption behaviors.
- Develop reporting frameworks to guide strategic decisions and drive consumer sales growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital media, with a focus on search and other PPC channels, preferably in direct-to-consumer or agency settings.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize 7-figure paid media budgets.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth and sales impact through paid digital channels.
- Skilled in leveraging web analytics platforms (Google Ads, Bing Search, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform strategy and execution.
