We are seeking an intelligent and knowledgeable SEO Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to apply industry-leading SEO techniques and maximize online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and track key SEO metrics such as site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content.
- Conduct thorough audits and reviews of client websites to identify improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices (including schema.org) for optimal crawlability.
- Perform comprehensive SEO audits and drive the on-page optimization roadmap.
- Implement and oversee SEO tactics to ensure websites are optimized for search engines.
- Perform keyword research to identify opportunities for driving more qualified traffic in coordination with the paid media team.
- Monitor SEO performance for clients, providing actionable recommendations to enhance strategy.
- Stay updated on search engine trends to continually refine and elevate agency-wide SEO practices.
- Engage in inter-departmental meetings to influence creative direction and align on integrated media plans.
- Explain complex SEO insights and performance data to clients, regularly reviewing campaign objectives, key metrics, and optimization strategies.
- Execute approved SEO changes and provide clear direction for on-site updates in line with agency recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- + years of SEO experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to handle multiple clients, ideally with experience in local SEO and SEO strategies for law firms.
- Deep understanding of core SEO elements, including on-page and off-page strategies, optimized navigation, internal linking, URL structure, and meta information.
- Proficiency in schema markup, advanced link-building tactics, and content development.
- Skilled in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics 360, Majestic, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Authority Labs, and Local Falcon.
