We are looking for a highly skilled and well-rounded Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a marketing generalist, you will bring expertise across a variety of marketing disciplines, serving as a versatile contributor who can manage campaigns, analyze performance, and adapt strategies to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content for web, email, social media, blogs, and other digital platforms
- Plan and execute campaigns across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize website and content for search engines to increase organic traffic.
- Manage paid search and display campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
- English Resume is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in well-rounded digital marketing roles.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
