Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving company sales targets. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the sales department, managing administrative tasks, processing orders, and facilitating communication between sales reps, customers, and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, contracts, and other sales materials.
- Order Processing: Manage order entry and fulfillment by coordinating between the sales team, production, and shipping departments to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Assist in tracking customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ongoing projects.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support the sales team’s strategy and decision-making.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team, management, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is require
- English Resume is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
