Summary:
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive the growth and optimization of our affiliate program. In this role, you will focus on recruiting high-potential affiliate partners, enhancing engagement with existing affiliates, and equipping them with the tools needed to effectively promote our solutions. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaign effectiveness to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the affiliate marketing strategy, acting as the main point of contact for affiliate partners.
- Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential affiliates to increase reach and revenue.
- Oversee the entire affiliate lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to campaign execution and performance analysis.
- Track and assess affiliate campaigns to align with business objectives and optimize results.
- Design creative programs to attract new partners and enhance existing relationships.
- Use insights to identify trends, refine strategies, and improve the efficiency of the affiliate program.
- Forecast and monitor key growth indicators, including acquisition, CAC, ROI, and LTV.
- Negotiate ad placements, collaborate with affiliates, and refine program structures for maximum impact.
- Work closely with product, business intelligence, and marketing teams to ensure affiliate strategies align with overall company goals.
Qualifications
- Resume in English
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience managing and scaling B2B affiliate programs.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through affiliate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing tools and platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Rakuten, Commission Junction).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and motivate affiliate partners.
- Strategic thinker with experience optimizing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Familiarity with the home services and/or SaaS industry is a plus.
