The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads. This role contributes to building a strong sales pipeline and supports positioning data-driven solutions within target industries.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across target industries
- Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and referrals
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for sales teams
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Develop understanding of technical solutions and value proposition
- Communicate value proposition tailored to industry needs
- Follow up with prospects through multichannel outreach
- Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
- Stay updated on market trends and competition
- Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Experience in prospecting and lead generation
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities
