The Sales Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads. This role contributes to building a strong sales pipeline and supports positioning data-driven solutions within target industries.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing and referrals
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Develop understanding of technical solutions and value proposition
  • Communicate value proposition tailored to industry needs
  • Follow up with prospects through multichannel outreach
  • Meet monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Experience in prospecting and lead generation
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach activities

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS or technical solutions
  • Experience in B2B sales environments
  • Knowledge of data-related solutions or APIs
  • Experience with sales engagement tools
  • Experience targeting enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of data privacy or compliance concepts
  • Spanish language skills (preferred)
