Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Podcast Campaign Manager to oversee podcast booking processes and ensure seamless coordination between clients, podcast hosts, and producers. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a passion for podcasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline the podcast booking process across various digital tools and platforms.
- Facilitate connections between clients and podcasts, ensuring smooth scheduling and preparation for interviews.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop curated lists of podcasts and guest experts tailored to client needs for approval and engagement.
- Coordinate interview recordings and prepare guests and hosts with all necessary information and materials.
- Work closely with podcast hosts, producers, and clients to create a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Qualifications
- English fluency at C1 or C2 level
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in the podcasting industry or familiarity with podcast production, hosting, or booking processes.
- Proven experience in campaign management, booking coordination, or client relations.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for podcasting and digital media.
