Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Media Manager to lead our LinkedIn strategy, drive engagement, and build our brand presence. This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skill, focusing on content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be highly familiar with LinkedIn’s platform and possess a background in Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
Salary: $4,000/month.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic LinkedIn content plan with 4-5 posts per week to enhance visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Optimize post types, multimedia, and platform features (hashtags, articles, etc.) to maximize LinkedIn’s capabilities.
- Engage with our LinkedIn community by responding to comments and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Build connections with thought leaders, industry coaches, and customers to expand our network.
- Develop outbound email sequences and conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Track LinkedIn metrics (likes, shares, comments, follower growth, etc.) and provide data-driven recommendations to refine strategies.
- Assist the Marketing Lead with graphics creation/modification that align with brand standards using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Edit video clips for LinkedIn using Adobe Premiere or similar software to increase visual appeal.
- Collaborate with teams by designing visually compelling presentations in Google Slides.
- Coordinate with marketing efforts in HubSpot (if experienced).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required

- +4 years experience in well-rounded marketing management roles.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn content and engagement strategies.
- Proficient with LinkedIn’s analytics tools and insights.
- Strong written communication and community engagement skills.
- Basic design and branding principles knowledge.
- Google Slides design proficiency.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and HubSpot.
