Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, and manage email marketing campaigns using Pardot. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Develop visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva. Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Utilize Whatfix to create and manage product tours, in-app guides, and other customer engagement tools to enhance user experience and drive product adoption.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across various platforms. Create engaging content, monitor performance, and respond to audience interactions.
- Manage and update website content using WordPress. Ensure website is optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, social media posts, and email templates.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to guide future marketing strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Pardot, Whatfix, Canva, and WordPress.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
